INDO Coronavirus Update

Given all the uncertainty regarding the current outbreak of COVID-19, we want to reassure you about the plans INDO Lighting has in place to mitigate any impact on staff, customers and our service.

INDO Lighting is fully operational from our UK factory here in Southampton, and the sales team continues to work on a remote basis, supporting customers as best they can.

As you would expect, our number one priority is the health and wellbeing of all staff, and we are committed to adhering to all government advice.  We have introduced a number of practical measures to ensure our facilities remain a healthy and safe environment for staff to continue working as close to normal conditions as possible.

A restriction on all visits to the office and factory is now in force and will be for the foreseeable future, the team is only travelling where absolutely necessary, and we have implemented additional daily hygiene and cleaning measures.

While we appreciate many customers will not be holding face to face meetings, the team here is available via phone, video call and email. If you would like to arrange a virtual meeting, please contact your local account manager or let us know here.
