Hardeep joined us in 2019 after 3 years with lighting distributor BEI where she held roles in Sales and Business Development in the London and South East region.  She is a fully signed up member of both the ILP and YLP

What Hardeep likes about the lighting industry

The industry is very friendly and sociable. I am surrounded by a pool of knowledgeable colleagues and customers which is great because it means I am always learning something new.

1. Growing skills and personal development within the lighting industry
2. I was lucky enough to have undertaken Crestcom Sales Academy training when I first joined the industry 3 years ago. The skills and techniques I learnt there will remain with me throughout my career.
