Introducing our new Managing Director

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Gordon Rice, as Managing Director for INDO.

Chairman and co-founder, Tom Baynham, has led some exciting changes in recent months, seeing INDO maintain a dominant position in our markets. We have continued to grow rapidly over this time, with new starters joining the team across Engineering, Sales, Product Management and Finance.  As we begin a new chapter in the company’s history, Gordon’s wealth of experience and expertise makes him an ideal fit for INDO’s next stages of growth.

Gordon graduated from Southampton University with a degree in Electronics and Software Engineering and has since held roles in Engineering, Sales, and Operations, as well as multiple board and senior management positions. Most recently, he spent several years as a Director of the world’s leading manufacturer of seismic monitoring equipment. Additionally, he has founded a successful business delivering leadership, organisational culture and corporate governance consultancy to businesses of all sizes.

We have many plans to continue building momentum as we move forward, including new product launches planned across the exterior, rail and horticulture sectors, supporting our increasing presence in these markets, globally.
