Welcome to new heights of highway functional lighting with AIR3, INDO’s latest and most powerful addition to the AIR family.

Meeting the demands of BS5489 M category lighting classes, Direct Drive is now available up to 50,000lm for a wide range of high power and high output applications. AIR3 delivers quality performance at mounting heights of anything from 8m to 15m with strong visual scaling aesthetics.

For many though, just as critical a requirement is weight. At 11.2kg, AIR3 is truly market-leading; equivalent or improved to the SOX and SON needing replacement and up to 52% lighter than other LED fittings. Installation is made even easier with the AIR two-part simple mounting design for easy, single operative handling.

Customers have plenty of choice with a comprehensive suite of 22 optics which means, along with the ultra high reliability, longevity and cost-effectiveness of Direct Drive®, AIR3 will quickly become the go-to choice for high output applications with difficult access requirements.

It goes without saying that dimming, full CMS compatibility and CLO all come as standard.

To Specify

A highly advanced functional LED exterior luminaire addressing high output traffic route, motorway, and conflict area lighting applications. Suitable for mounting between 34mm-60mm side entry and 60mm-76mm post top as standard without brackets or adaptors. Optional tilt to be applied without the use of external brackets or spigots; with a mechanism integrated within the body of the luminaire. To be manufactured from LM6 Marine Grade aluminium, with a hinged lid to enable easy access to the gear compartment. The luminaire is to be reliable; with every effort made to reduce component count, and should not contain wet electrolytic capacitors. Luminaire should not require ongoing scheduled maintenance visits, the entire luminaire being suitable for operation to the chosen LxxByy period without any component changes. Luminaire is fully dimmable, and able to interface via NEMA; functioning fully with a range of Central Management Systems. Luminaire should have an included temperature sensor to provide dimming as necessary to protect against high ambient operating temperatures. A temperature dependent soft start feature should be deployed to protect against LED failures at low temperatures. An optional external secondary restraint is to be available. Front, back and side shields should be available and suitable for mounting directly to the luminaire without additional drilling or tapping required on-site. As per INDO AIR3
