Utan separat drivrutin har armaturen en felpunkt f\u00e4rre mitt i livscykeln och en schemalagd underh\u00e5llsuppgift f\u00e4rre under hela konstruktionslivsl\u00e4ngden, vilket inneb\u00e4r en meningsfull totalkostnadsbesparing vid utbyggnader i stadsskala.<\/p>\n<p>Surrey Quays ligger inom det bredare Canada Water-f\u00f6rnyelseprojektet p\u00e5 Rotherhithe-halv\u00f6n, ett p\u00e5g\u00e5ende program f\u00f6r offentlig milj\u00f6 och stadsbyggnad som levereras i faser sedan 2023.
