T8HE LED Lamp Retrofit, UK

1,285 T8HE’s were installed in a Middlesbrough car park with the combined objectives of reducing energy consumption, achieving payback within 4 years as well as being simple to install using existing fittings and no new wiring.

The installation achieved a 63% reduction in energy consumption and 27% increase in illumination.  Overall efficiency was boosted by 240% to give annual savings of more than £35,000 and payback in 3 years
